2009. This is a wade tree western saddle in the style typical of the Eastern California region. It is a "half-breed" saddle meaning that the leather on parts of it is flesh out (so it kinda looks and feels like suede) and parts of it have geometric tooling. It was entirely hand made. The only power tool used in its production was a bench grinder to maintain the sharpness of my knives. It took me around 200 hours of work. I've used it and it rides great and has developed some nice patina.

2011. Steampunk style vest out of leather and copper rivets.

2011. Plain white t-shirt hand embroidered with the Gadsden flag "Don't Tread On Me" snake in rainbow colors. The rainbow "Don't Tread On Me" snake is an image I have worked with in several media. The Gadsden fladghas been co-opted by the Tea-Party movement and I want to take it back. It is a revolutionary flag and one with a clear message and I think it is a much more powerful image than the sterile rainbow flag that really means "hey queers, come spend your money here"!

2010. Topographic T-shirt (Deep Springs College), embroidery on black knit, embroidery approximately 2’x10. "We, the college (students, faculty, and staff), are the sole residents of Deep Springs Valley. We number about 50 total. And that’s all there is in the Valley: us, our buildings, our cows, and our alfalfa fields stuck in high desert and surrounded by mountains. Deep Springs Valley is almost the exact same size and orientation as Manhattan Island. The Valley floor is about 13 miles long and 3 miles wide at its widest and rotated about 15 degrees clockwise off of vertical. Manhattan is 13.4 miles long and 2.3 miles wide at its widest and is rotated about 15 degrees clockwise off of vertical."

2010. A triptych of tooled leather scenes from a series of leather illustrations of Dante's Divine Comedy. The more detailed view is an illustration of the Poets' descent into lower hell on back of the beast Geryon.
